Rollout strategies to build adoption
I'd love to start a conversation on rollout methods for newer users. I believe having a multitiered approach helps build muscle memory in employees to continue to engage with the platform long-term.
For example, gearing up for the launch to build excitement, having a big reveal, getting leadership to make posts, continuing to share the intranet's missions and goals, and having multiple comms throughout the year. Then always having comms bring employees back to the system.
What are those creative ways that have helped you engage your employees?
