Client application integrations

For external applications to integrate with Simpplr to fetch content, or any other data using OAuth 2.0 protocol, Simpplr can create a Client ID and Secret for you to use this feature. We will share the credentials with you. Simpplr is the data provider, and the external application is the consumer in this case.

The Manage > Application > Integrations > Client application menu is where you'll go to input the provided credentials and information to access Simpplr's APIs.Client application.png

Once the provided information is input, this generates a token you can use to access Simpplr's APIs and retrieve data.

To learn more about this menu and how to access Simpplr's APIs, contact your Account Manager.

  • Hi Jordan. We're actually in the process of building out our Extensibility Center right now. In the meantime, if you have a specific request, your org's Account Manager should be able to route it to our Engineering team to help get something built out for you.
