Automated User Provisioning via Multiple SCIM Sources

Overview

Enterprise organizations often rely on multiple identity providers and HR systems to manage user access across different platforms. These businesses operate at scale, requiring seamless user provisioning across various departments, geographies, and business units. Previously, our SCIM provisioning supported only a single SCIM source, limiting flexibility for enterprises with multiple integrations. By introducing support for multiple SCIM sources, we enable enterprises to manage users seamlessly from various identity providers while maintaining control, security, and efficiency.

With this enhancement, businesses can now seamlessly integrate multiple SCIM sources to provision and sync users automatically, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

How does it work?

App managers can set up multiple SCIM sources from Manage > Application > Integrations > People data.

Currently, the SCIM sources supported are:

A new connection is created with a name to the integration.new scim 1.jpg

new scim 2.jpg

  • A new token can be generated using the Generate new token button.new scim 3.jpg

  • Configure the Provisioning Source and SCIM Base URL and Token on the vendor side.new scim 4.jpg

The new SCIM offerings automate user provisioning, reducing manual work. Your intranet also receives enhanced security & compliance, ensuring accurate and up-to-date user records across multiple sources.
