What's the difference between popular content and most viewed content?

Most viewed content is just that, content that has the highest view numbers.

Popular content is determined by a number of factors, including number of:

  • Likes on the content
  • Comments on the content
  • Number of replies
  • Number of shares
  • Number of views

For example, a piece of content, "HR Resources for 2024" may have 100 views, but no engagement, whereas another piece of content, "Product Release Demo October 2024" has 90 views, plus 20 comments, 30 likes, etc. The latter will be considered the more popular piece of content, even though the views are slightly lower.
