Simpplr mobile app setup and required permissions

Note:

Before downloading the native Simpplr mobile app, make sure you have it enabled. If you're not sure if it's enabled, contact our Support Team, and we will be able to assist you.

Simpplr uses deep links for the mobile app. The links are simpplr.link and links.simpplr.com. We recommend having your IT team whitelist these domains in order to keep your users on the mobile app for the best experience. Otherwise users may be directed to a browser tab when navigating through the app.

Set up your Mobile app

  1. From the App store or Google Play, download Simpplr
  2. Once you've downloaded the app, enter your work email address (the same credentials used to log in to the desktop version). Then click Verify.

  3. Log in with your username and password. Or if you have an SSO in place (like GSuite in the example below), use the option under Or log in using:

  4. Finally, you'll be asked to allow Simpplr to send you notifications to your device.
